Easy Registration
Simply complete and send in your certificate to register. You'll receive a Merchant Selection Form to choose the retail outlet for which you'll be submitting vouchers. Once the Merchant Selection Form is processed, your first voucher will be mailed to you.

All you need to do is fill out and return your registration card. When you receive your vouchers, simply shop at one of the retailers listed below. Mail each voucher to International Rebates along with your original receipt. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing of rebate checks.
